A Rock Solid Fitness Tip For The Week: Always Record Your Workouts !

Always make sure you keep a record of your workouts( seat settings, amount of weight and how many reps you did with that weight). If you have a trainer make sure your trainer always keeps a record of your workouts. This is the only way you can measure improvement.
