It’s About To Go Down

Thank you to those of you who have signed up for the InBody Challenge! We have a lot of great clients signed up so far; it’ll be a tough matchup between Team Jake and Team Andrew! We have a few updates to the InBody Challenge for you all:

First, the InBody Challenge is not just for Rock Solid Fitness clients!  We encourage you to bring in friends and family so that they too can join in the Challenge and change their bodies. Points will be given for participants bringing in their friends or family, and they will get the InBody Analysis for our member price! These fellow competitors will be on one of the teams and get an InBody Analysis the first and the last week, just like everyone else.

Second, the prize for the winning team now includes a box of local, freshly picked organic fruit from Queen Bee Foods, a gathering and distributing company for locally grown organic fruit. This fruit is sweeter and more flavorful than the fruit that you would get from your grocery store, so let this delicious Free Food motivate those of you sitting on the fence here.

Finally, for those of you in our Rock Star program, entering the InBody challenge is included in the Rock Star Program! Along with the fitness tips, training and accountability, the Challenge will provide you with a little extra fun and motivation to help you reach your goals.

This coming Tuesday, July 7, we will be hosting our monthly seminar and talking about the Rock Solid Difference: what we do to make exercise more fun and safe, the secret weapon that makes getting results as easy as 2+2, and what the “cycle of sustainable progress” is and what it means to you. We’ll also be discussing the InBody Challenge and answering any questions you may have. This is definitely a seminar you will not want to miss!

Please call us at 727-282-1800 to schedule a free introductory workout, or shoot us an email to ask about or register for the InBody Challenge! Signups end July 11th, don’t miss out on this exciting challenge to help change your body and make you healthier!
