How do we measure your results?

Every workout you do in our gym is meticulously recorded on your workout card so that we know exactly how strong you were when you first got here,  how strong you were the last time you came in here, and how strong you are today.

Besides our workout cards measuring your strength, we have the InBody 570.


The InBody 570 is a body scanning device that measures 5 major health markers: hydration levels, muscle mass, fat mass, visceral fat, and basal metabolic rate in just 45 seconds. Want to know exactly how much muscle you have gained? This will tell you, and even tell you where you gained it, as it measures the muscle in each of your arms, legs and trunk. Want to know exactly how much belly fat you have lost? This will tell you, as it breaks it down to a segmental level just as it does with muscle mass.
