Time To Brag About One of Our Own!

Our wonderful and amazing front desk mastermind Jeannie Tully has achieved some incredible results in only 3 months!

Jeannie used to work as a model and her workout routine consisted of running and rollerblading 6 days a week for at least 2 hours a day, 1 hour in the morning and at least 1 hour in the evening. Jeannie didn’t consume more that 800 calories a day and for years she didn’t allow herself to have anything delicious.She didn’t have a beer for 6 years! She used to have constant back,shoulder and wrist problems.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now all Jeannie does for her fitness is just pour 100% effort into her 30 minute High Intensity Training, only twice a week. She gets to eat and drink whatever she wants and consumes a minimum of 2000 calories a day. Thanks to her commitment to High Intensity Training ,Jeannie doesn’t have anymore aches and pains in her back, shoulder or wrist. Her body is so beautiful and lean and she enjoys life and all that comes with it!

Jeannie said that she will stick with High Intensity Training for the rest of her life, no matter what!

  1. Outstanding Jeannie! Amazing that you can look a lot more buff while eating 1400 more calories a day, and cutting your workout time from 12 hours a week to 1 hour a week! Very inspiring!
