Follow these simple steps to book the right session for you.

  1. Click the “My Account” button and log in to your account.

  2. Select the appointment type that best fits your membership:
    • 1-on-1 Strength Training: Choose “1-on-1 Strength Appointment” if you are a 1-on-1 member.
    • Family Membership (1-on-1 Workouts): Select “Family Membership 1-on-1 Appointment.”
    • First Appointment with RSF: If this is your first session with us, select “Fitness Initial Assessment.”
    • Body Composition Scan: To schedule an InBody analysis, choose “InBody Analysis Member.”
    • Small Group Strength Training: If you are a small group member, select “Small Group Strength Training.”
    • Family Membership (Small Group Workouts): Choose “RSF Family Membership Small Group Appointment.”

  3. Pick your preferred day and time, then confirm your booking.
