CEO & Educator

Patty is a Self-health educator and speaker, Certified Conditioning Specialist, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and the CEO of Rock Solid Fitness. She has been a featured speaker at business and fitness conferences, and also appeared on many popular podcasts, local TV, and news magazines.

Patty is also sits on Advisory Boards for the Saint Petersburg College Health Sciences Program, Keiser University Exercise Science Program, and the Palm Harbor University High School Medical Magnet program. Patty is passionate about empowering and challenging people to be their best. She loves spending time having meaningful connections with her family, friends, clients, and nature. She is an avid reader on self-improvement, business and leadership.

Matt Filomarino

Fitness Coach

Matt graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University in 2023. While in school, he served his university's campus community as an emergency medical responder. In addition to this, he volunteered with an Alzheimer's care program and as a group exercise instructor. In his free time, he enjoys going to the beach or relaxing by the pool with friends and family. 

Nino Padilla

Fitness Solutions Specialist

Nino graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida in 2021. He loves traveling and collecting soccer jerseys. In his spare time, he loves playing soccer, spending time with his family and going to soccer games. Nino plans to continue his studies and work his way to become an Athletic Trainer.

Stephen Jones

Fitness Coach

With over a decade of hands-on experience, Stephen is the go-to strength expert at Rock Solid Fitness. His passion for helping people get stronger, healthier, and more confident shines through every personalized training plan he creates. Stephen’s deep knowledge in resistance training is matched only by his belief in a holistic approach—combining strength, nutrition, and recovery to help clients achieve their best selves. When he’s not guiding clients through transformative workouts, Stephen is probably in the kitchen, whipping up healthy meals and continuing his journey to better understand the connection between fitness and nutrition. He also loves balancing the intensity of his workouts with peaceful long walks, spending time with family, and indulging in classic films. Stephen’s dedication to his craft doesn’t stop at the gym. He’s always learning, pushing himself to grow as a trainer, with the ultimate goal of becoming a master in the field. His clients know they’re getting not just a coach but a committed partner on their fitness journey.

Drew Carpenter

Member Services

Drew graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Adult Fitness from the University of Tampa in 2013. Drew has been with Rock Solid Fitness since 2013 in many positions, including Fitness Coach, and has transitioned into a virtual role since moving abroad to Mexico. He is an avid watcher of football, hockey, baseball, and basketball, and is a fanatic of all Boston sports teams. In his spare time, Drew enjoys traveling, studying foreign languages, and golfing. He is a man of many nicknames; some of his favorites include Drewmongous, Captain Bald Beard, and Drewby Doo.
