Measurements and Progress

Tracking your progress is crucial to achieving your fitness goals. Find out how we measure your progress using the InBody 570 and other methods.

The InBody 570 is a non-invasive device that provides a comprehensive body composition analysis in less than 45 seconds. It measures visceral fat, segmental fat, and water levels, helping our personal trainers design personalized strength training workouts, set meaningful goals, and track progress.

We take a data-driven approach to track your progress. This includes recording increases in weight lifted or repetitions performed, improvements in your InBody 570 results, and enhancements in your function and quality of life, as reported by you.

Absolutely! Our personal trainers will provide regular progress updates and reports based on your performance and results from the InBody 570 analysis.
